Jacob Vossestein
Jacob Vossestein is intercultural trainer with over 25 years experience in providing training and advice in the field of international management and intercultural communication. He became known as the writer of the successful books Dealing with the Dutch - that gives foreigners insight into the Dutch behavior - and Vreemd Volk about behavior in other cultures that gives Dutch insight into other people's behavior abroad.
He also wrote in this series Werken met Oost Europa (Working with Eastern Europe) en Werken met India (Working with India), in which the behavior of common people in those areas are placed in a broader context and advice for dealing with them.
